Directions
Mix 1 scoop (15g) with 250ml to 350ml of
water.

What is the difference between PUMP and STIM?
Beast Pharm PUMP is completely stimulant-free, no caffeine. It is built around 8g of L-Citrulline for maximum nitric oxide and blood flow. STIM contains 300mg Caffeine Anhydrous and is designed for energy and focus. PUMP is the better choice for evening training or if you are sensitive to stimulants.
Why does PUMP use L-Citrulline instead of Citrulline Malate?
L-Citrulline is the pure form of citrulline, more efficiently converted to arginine and nitric oxide than Citrulline Malate. At 8g per serving, PUMP delivers one of the highest citrulline doses in any pre-workout on the market.
Will I still get a pump without caffeine?
Yes. The 'pump' is driven by nitric oxide and increased blood flow to muscles, not stimulants. PUMP's 8g L-Citrulline directly supports vasodilation and nutrient delivery, producing a full, sustained pump independent of caffeine.
Can I take PUMP and STIM together?
We do not recommend stacking PUMP and STIM in the same session. STIM already contains Citrulline Malate. If you want the highest citrulline dose alongside stimulants, STIM covers that. Use PUMP on its own for stim-free sessions.
When should I take PUMP?
Take 1 scoop (15g) mixed with 300ml water 20–30 minutes before training. As PUMP contains no stimulants, it can be taken at any time of day, including evening sessions.
Can I stack PUMP with other Beast products?
PUMP works well alongside Beast Pharm HYDRO for intra-workout electrolyte support, CREATINE pre-training, and WHEY or RECOVER post-session for protein and glycogen replenishment.
