Does BIG D contain creatine?
Yes. Each serving of Beast Pharm BIG D contains 5g of creatine monohydrate, the clinically effective daily dose. Consuming at least 3g of creatine daily increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. If you are using both BIG D and standalone CREATINE, count your total daily intake, 5g from BIG D is sufficient for most athletes.
Will I get the tingling sensation from BIG D?
BIG D contains 3200mg of Beta-Alanine per serving, which can cause the characteristic tingling (paraesthesia) sensation. This is normal, harmless, and temporary, it subsides within 15–20 minutes. The sensation diminishes with consistent daily use as muscle carnosine levels saturate over time.
When should I take BIG D?
Take BIG D once daily, any time, with meals or without. Consistency is the priority. Many athletes take it in the morning or mix it into their pre-workout routine. On training days, taking BIG D pre-workout maximises the acute ergogenic effects of Peak ATP®, beta-alanine, and betaine.
