WHY A BEAST BELT?
The Alpha Designs 'BEAST' Powerlifiting belt is hand-made in the UK from the finest Italian leathers. Unlike most belts on the market which are manufactured in Pakistan or China and use low quality 'chromed leather', we use only the finest vegetable-tanned leather in our belts. Vegetable tanning is a process which takes 3-6 months and results in leather which is supple, durable and will last a very long time. Chrome tanning uses harsh chemicals and chromium salts to convert the raw hide into leather in around 3 or 4 days. A lot of belts using chromed leather will last a year or two and usually start splitting and tearing at the holes.
The bottom layer of the 'BEAST' belt is a black upholstery suede from an Italian tannery. Upholstery leather comes from the bottom layer of the split as it is the softest section. The suede is incredibly soft and has that iconic leather smell.

SIZING
Each belt has 10 holes spaced over 10 inches (25cm). Our sizing info shows which belt will be the best fit depending on your waist measurement (around your belly button).
To confirm DO NOT rely on your trouser size as this is often different to your belly button measurement.

All UK orders are shipped using a 1-3 working day service.
Free UK shipping on orders over £25, for orders under £25 shipping is charged at £4.99
Next working day delivery is available on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday and is charged at £1.99 for orders over £25 and £6.99 on orders under £25.
Orders placed at weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Europe - Please allow 5 - 10 business days for delivery. Orders under 150 EUR - including shipping costs - will not incur any customs or VAT charges.
Rest of the World - Please allow 7 - 14 business days for delivery.
