Over the course of 4︎-6︎ days build up your daily intake from 1︎ serving
(4︎ caps) to a maximum of 4︎ servings (1︎6︎ caps) per day pre competition.
Do not exceed suggested serving size. PeakMAX is designed to be used pre show/photo shoot or potentially pre weigh in for combat sport and as such we would advice following the guidance of your coach for specific application for your sport.
PeakMAX is not designed to be used for more than one week at a time.
