I love Big Z. Typically, I don't have any dreams, as I wake up frequently and can never hit REM sleep. On Big Z, I have loads of intense, vivid dreams (good ones) and wake up feeling better than ever.

I hoped this would work as I train late on an evening and regularly struggle to maintain a deep restful sleep. I thought the big Z could be my answer. but after trying it, I didn't notice any difference to my sleep pattern. Even with double the recommend dose I still didn't feel any difference. Not sure if this is a dud batch or the product just doesn't work

Since I’ve been taking big z I’ve benn sleeping a lot better which has led me to having more energy throughout the day would highly recommend it it does exactly what it says on the tin. The sour cherry is also very nice
