Wanted to get a good night sleep read these reviews and so took a chance. The chance has paid off normally I would be getting around 4-6hrs a night but I’m now seeing 5.5-7.5 hours every night so going in the right direction and hope it continues so I will be buying the bigger batch of these.

To put briefly this is a fantastic product, albeit rather pricy when bought alongside other supplement's. Big Z works as it advertises. It promotes better sleep, and that's exactly what it does. Before I started using this product my sleep was broken, I'd fall asleep perfectly normally, but wake several times through the night (every night). Ever since I've taken this my sleep has been constant, I no longer wake throughout the night and I dream a lot more. This is not a wonder product, it does not actually send you to sleep. And it is not a solution to any asleep disorders. But all in all, it works 100% as advertised, very effective, and could be a little cheaper.

First time I took this, I was out like a log. After the fact, I find it did nothing, or if anything, I'd end up staying up way later. Must admit, I've not really found any affect from taking this. Not sure if it's perhaps just me, or what.

Yes this stuff does really work. It helps you get to sleep, which I've always struggled with. I recommend taking it IN bed when you're ready to go,rather then sat up watching stuff. I've only Bern taking it a week so not sure yet if it's the cause of the crazy dreams I've been having. It's definitely worth giving it a go.

Does help with my second stage sleep between 0300 and 0600. I find the quality of sleep I have is much improved. Ove rthe last 2 months I have been feeling less tired, which is brilliant. £1 a day is well worth it.
