Directions

Mix 1 scoop (15g) with 250ml to 350ml of
water.

Consume approximately 20-30 minutes prior to workout.

Do not consume more one serving in any 24 hour period.

L-Citrulline, Betaine Anhydrous, Taurine, Epicatechin, Green Tea Leaf Extract (Camellia sinesis) (as CellFlo6™), Pine Bark Extract, Astragalus membranaceus Extract (root) & Panax notoginseng Extract (root) (as AstraGin®), Flavouring, Citric Acid, Anti-caking agent (Aerosil®, Sipernat®), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Perfect flavour just what I was looking for I would like the taste of lemon to be stronger though because I have always had a problem with the taste of the chemicals in pre workout but other than that this has been the best pre workout I have ever had in all the pre workouts I have bought and just as it says it does leave you with a massive pump my shirt was to tight after my workout that I had to roll up my short shirt sleeves to stop it cutting of circulation. Honestly I just wish the taste of lemon was stronger and that’s it love this product.

So! Apparently when your pre-workout has 300mg of caffeine in it, you just never sleep again! Not great for gains. This stuff solved my problem. I can take this pre-workout at 6pm and be sleeping like a baby by 9. Great product! You can feel it working, but your back teeth won't float. I'll be buying more of this and, let's just face it, probably some of everything on his site. You the MAN Eddy! Keep up the good work.

Where has this been all my life?! I train in evenings and don't want the caffeine spike- this gives just enough of a boost to blow away the fatigue cobwebs from a day sat behind a desk, but still allows me to sleep. Definitely a permanent feature of my workouts from now on. Oh, and it genuinely tastes of sherbet!

This stuff is amazing!! I normally use it for evening/ night work outs so I don't stay awake as long after. But mixed with the stirm and your going to be tasting colours. M6 favourite is purple 32!!
